Hello MEEP,

   I would like to speed up a 3D simulation by exploiting the cylindrical 
symmetry of my structure (essentially an on-axis lens, with m=0), but I need a 
plane-wave source.  A linearly polarized source lacks cylindrical symmetry, so 
I need to generate circularly polarized light.  How can I create a circularly 
polarized plane-wave source in cylindrical coordinates?
