Hi everybody, I have read old posts of the meep-discuss but I can not understand how can I describe a dispersive material in Meep, in my case Germanium. I really have tried to search and think about how could I model the material in meep. The data I have at disposal the refraction index (n) and the absorption coefficient (alpha). Obviously, with these values, the complex value of the dielectric could be calculated. But my problem consists in how could I calculate the values of omega, delta epsilon and gamma out from the refraction index and the absorption coefficient.
