Hi, Steven and meep users:
I modeled bowtie antenna using two different resolutions. one is dx1=1nm
and the other is dx=2nm.
However, the result is obviously quite different. I originally think large
resolution
will give me more accurate result but the result is probably opposite.
Since for bowtie structure, the maximum field should locate in the tip.
However, the maximum field at the same time are located in different places
for these two conditions.
One is in the tip, dx=2nm, the other is in the opposite side of tip, dx=1nm.
I attach control file and only difference is th resolution for these two
pattern.
I'm wondering why this happens.
