Hi, I have the same question on changing the Q_thresh in meep.hpp Can I just modify the file "meep.hpp" under the installation folder /usr/local/include/meep.hpp
Or I will have to recompile the meep? I am calculating the band structure of a metal wire array where the metal is described using dispersive model with loss. I noticed missing points near the band edge and the Q value of the modes found decrease to ~60 right before the missing points. Also decreasing the loss (gamma) will make the missing points show up again with Q larger than 50. I think it would make sense that decrease the Q_thresh will let the harminv find some new modes that has Q <50.
