Dear Steven and meep users: Hi. I tried to use meep for calculating diffraction efficiencies of gratings with different geometric parameters. For example, binary gratings with different grating depth or period. I think it can be done by using loop of bash shell to run meep. The integrate-field-function can be used for calculating the diffraction efficiency for each depth (or period). I wonder how can i obtain this diffraction efficiency. Is there any easy way to output the diffraction efficiencies versus depth (or period) into a single file.
