Hi Siva You have to type the h5topng -S3 eps-000000.00.h5 from the unix command prompt, not from inside meep, then it will work,

Dear MEEP users,
I am very new to linux and MEEP. I am very keen on using this tool for my
research.
I have encountered the following errors when i was practicing MEEP
tutorial:
meep> h5topng -S3 eps-000000.00.h5
#<procedure h5topng (rm? options . step-funcs)>
<unnamed port>: In expression -S3:
<unnamed port>: Unbound variable: -S3
ABORT: (unbound-variable)
<unnamed port>: In expression eps-000000.00.h5:
<unnamed port>: Unbound variable: eps-000000.00.h5
ABORT: (unbound-variable)
I am not able to convert the eps files to png and run the animation.
I have downloaded and installed HDF5, h5utils and also GIMP.
Please advice.
