Dear Meep users:

In trying to get a transmittance spectrum. Two runs, with (define-param
no-target? false) and (define-param no-target? true), should be executed to get
a proper normalization. I run these with
 (run-sources+
              (stop-when-fields-decayed 2 Ex (vector3 0 0 (* -0.49 sz)) 1e-3))
to obtained a transmittance spectrum of a film with a plane-wave gaussian
source.

Then, I see that the run with no-target? false ran for 12 time units and the
run with no-target? true ran for 10 time unit. This difference in the run time
unit is correct for the normalization. Should we used a fixed run time for both
runs, like (run-until 10)?
