When solving scattering problems, I often run into situations where my
"decay-by" level is too low.

Because of resonances or energy trapped in a structure, this level is
never reached, and the simulation just runs and runs.

Until now, my solution is to stop the simulation, and rerun it with
suitable "decay-by" level. This means running the simulation again, and
throwing away the computation alrady performed. It would be nicer if I
could just press the Esc-key (or some safer Ctr- combination) which
would stop the simulation regardless of the current field decay.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on a solution?

Best,
Matt
