No, I'm afraid not. I (and other people on the mailing list) may
occasionally have time to answer *specific* questions, but it is not
reasonable to ask people to teach you Scheme or to give open-ended
tutorials.
What you want to do will involve some Scheme programming, so you need
to learn Scheme, and that will help you to understand the code in
meep.scm. There are plenty of textbooks on this and tutorial
materials online, see:
