Dear meep users,

I simulated a filter response of a channel drop filter. I have obtained
consistent results for transmission/reflection spectrum for a time units
of 3000 . However, The sum of the reflected and transmitted flux and
vertical flux above and below the cavity is not equal to 1 because of
the high q-value vertical (I think). Therefore, I increase the time by 2
(either 1518 periods in my case)

As I expected the vertical flux above and below increase, however when
I look the files.h5, the field at the end of the simulation is
localized in a strange place inside the photonic crystal as shown in the
attached file.

I would like to know if it is due to the discretization of my cell
(Resolution is set at 10, so in my case 11 pixels / wavelength-material)
or maybe due to the thickness of the PM layer, or something else. If you
have any idea ... thank you in advance.
