Dear Meep users, During my simulation meep gave me this error after making the geometry.
"meep: error on line 249 of ../../../src/h5file.cpp: missing dataset in HDF5 file" What is the reason for this?! The code is to calculate the transmission and reflection spectrum of a complicated 2D structure. It works fine for when there is no geometry in the computational cell, but when the geometry exists I faced this error. Is this because of my code?!
