Hello Meep users, I have newly installed Meep on my computer. I have Ubuntu, so the installation seemed easy : I just had to type one line and to install the packages BLAS, LAPACK, Harminv, etc. using the Synaptic Package Manager. However, when I run the example about the ring resonators, I obtain resonant frequencies that are slightly different from those on the Meep wiki (about 1 %). Furthermore, if I don't tell Meep to exploit the problem's symmetry, Meep is unable to find any resonant mode in that very same example.
