Hi dear Steven:
I use the program code in mpb example named "hole-slab.ctl", set the slab
thickness h=1.2a, supercell-h=12, k-interp=64,and run it.
I compare the band gap with the value in your book "photonic-crystal-book" in
page 138, Fig.3.
In your picture, when h=1.2a, the gap reaches the max, approximately 22%, but
my results tells that when h=1.2a, there's no gap.I wonder why.
