Dear All,
Firstly, thanks to those who have tried helping me with meep 0.20.3
under cygwin - I finally gave up (not very persist of me but I actually
need to get some results - I might go back when I get time).

I have now compiled meep 0.20.3 under linux (ubuntu 8.10) with much more
gratifying results. However, I still have a problem with make check
which fails as shown below:

   ./2D_convergence.dac
Running holes square-lattice resolution convergence test.
   Checking convergence for ey field...
(The correct frequency should be 0.179944.)
   frequency for a=30 is 0.18002, 0 (shifted), 0.0900099 (mean)
   Unshifted freq error is 0.0681742/30/30
   Shifted freq error is -161.95/30/30
meep: Frequency doesn't converge properly with a.

I notice that similar errors were reported with meep 0.10 but did not
see any resolution of the issue.

Do I need to resolve this issue before using meep?

John
