Hi Steven and meep users:

      I try to figure out the product of the temporal width and frequency width
since when I submit a job, I have to specify running time.

   Based on the pulse source in the Meep reference:
    exp( − iωt − (t − t0)2 / 2w2),

   omega is the inverse of the wavelength
   t0= cutoff * w, temporal width.
   w=temporal width.

   I usually specify the frequency bandwidth df,
  So I wonder the relation of the df and w since I know that product is
different by different definition. Which one is used in Meep?

  Thank you

Regards
Adrian
