Dear, MEEP users.
How to control the beam width(diameter)?
I want to simulate the beam propagation in a SiO2 waveguide.
But I can not find out how to set the beam width.
direction : x
beam width : wi ( = waveguide core width )
If I set the (size 0 wi) , the beam width is smaller ( @ exp(-0.5) ) than
"wi".
If I set the (size 0 (* 1.5 wi)) , the profile is apart from "gaussian".
Coudl you show me the suggestion?
