This bug was fixed in libctl 3.0.3. Please complain to Ubuntu to
upgrade their package (and the in the meantime you will have to
uninstall their libctl 3.0.2 package and install a more recent libctl
from source).

installed meep from the ubuntu package manager but it is using an

libctl 3.0.2 guile 1.6.8 and meep 0.1.0. gcc 4.2.4.
I am trying for serial build first.
