Hi, everybody,
The opetating system is Redhat Linux as4.0, on a cluster computers. while,
guile 1.6.4 has been install in this system(after typing "guile -version", I
see it), libctl can not find guile files(perhaps no programming headers ).
So I should install guile myself.
But the "guile-devel" or "guile-dev" files are always rpm files. I am just
common user under Redhat Linux as4.0, and do not have ROOT privilege to install
rpm files(If I click the rpm, a bar appears demanding me the ROOT privilege to
install it).
I only have the right to install guile source files(version 1.8.5). But
when I install them in my space of my account, there will be problems when run
meep(such as "In procedure swig_guile_init").
What should I do?
