Dear Steven & meep users, I am dealing with nonlinearities. By changing the refractive index of my simple 1D structure (just a homog. material along z) I came accross the following:
- both the monitored E-field (get-field-point) and the monitored flux decrease by the same factor as the refr. index had been increased My question now is: - has the physical E also decreased by that factor or does possibly the E-monitor show a value that scales inversely with the refr. index?
