Dear MEEP users,
I try to do the normalization of field pattern,so
I run two times with the ctl file just a difference
between having structure and no structure.
Thus I will get two different .h5 files , then I type
" h5math -e "d1 - d2" output.h5 having-structure.h5 no-structure.h5"
on the command line. Is this command correct ?
Although I do see the field pattern with something normalized , but
I just want to make sure and know whether it makes sense or not.
I greatly appreciate your help.
