Dear Prof. Steven and Meep users: I hope to repeat the work (),but I am not sure of the nonlinear feedback parameter: (1) |E.E|^2 VS |E.E^*|^2 : Since the field values stored in meep are real, is there any difference between them? (2) "A single linear simulation is enough to determine its vavlue for different configurations of the studied system." Does that mean that after the simulaton reachs stable state, I can get the field value to calculate the parameter at any time?
