Hello Meep users, I have a question regarding the h5topng utility. When I make a file in MEEP using the "to-appended ey" form in order to have only one .h5 file with all the time slices included in it, then I have problems to use the option -R with the h5topng (it make all the slices white). In the other hand when I generate directly separated .h5 files, the -R option works pretty well.
For that reason I want to know is I am making a mistake, or if it is the h5topng that does not allow to use the -R option with .h5 files generated in the with append. Any help will be thankfully appreciated. Thanks in advance, Gerardo.
