Hi,
I am running a 2D Meep sim on a cluster on 64 processors. I am running the sim for a large number of time steps and I encounter the problem of the simulation stopping around timestep 12million.
So as a solution I want to run the simulation for say 1M timesteps, store all the fields in an H5 file. Then start another sim by initializing all the fields by loading these H5 files and continue the from where it was left. Is this possible?
