I could be wrong, but it looks like numerical error to me.  If I am reading
your graph right, the error is occurring at low wavelengths.  First things
first, if you have not already, I would try:
1.  A lower center wavelength for the gaussian pulse, and possibly different
bandwidths.
2.  Increased resolution (maybe ~30, go as high as you can given
computational resources).
3.  Increased simulation time (in the thousands; I have had this improve
results when doing this kind of simulation).
