Subject: [Meep-discuss] Dispersive PMLs

Dear All,

I keep trying to model infinite Si, but the T and R results always come out as
'nan'. I have gone through the whole installation process quite a few times and
am not sure what is missing. The version of MEEP I am using is 0.20.3 with
libctl 3.0.3 and Guile 1.8.7, which according to a previous post about
dispersive materials and PMLs, should be ok.

Could there be another reason? The './configure' command does give some
warnings of missing files, but I am not sure how much this matters as other
codes work well; it is only semi-infinite codes that don't. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

Kind regards.
