Hi, (sorry for sending this a second time, in the format of the first post seemed to cause some problems).
i would like to set up a partially coherent illumination scheme using the C++ interface. For this i need to equip dipole- (or volume) sources with phase factor that varies randomly with time. My problem with this is that the field function add_volume_source does not allow to specify a time dependence of the source: add_volume_source (component c, const Src_Time &src, const Geometric_Volume &, complex< double > A(const vec &), complex< double > amp=1.0) Any ideas on how to change the phase of A in time would be very appreciated. (The only workaround that i can think of is to add a ridicules amount of sources uncorrelated sources, but i don t think this is very practical) Thanks, M
