I am using meep to model EM propagation in body tissues. There is a 4-cole-cole model that was put together by Gabriel, http://niremf.ifac.cnr.it/docs/DIELECTRIC/home.html . So I used the following paper "SAR Analysis in Dispersive Tissues for In Vivo UWB Body Area Networks" by Toshiaki Koike-Akino to obtain a 4L Debye approximation. Now it seems that I need to adapt the model to the model that meep uses. Am I making the correct assumption or does meep support the Debye model?
