the product of conductivity and permittivity in "material dispersion"

An imaginary part of permittivity is given by
(D-conductivity)*(epsilon)/(omega).

What's the product rule if D-conductivity and epsilon are tensor?

Namely, if D-conductivity=[x 0 0; 0 y 0; 0 0 z], epsilon=[a u b; u b w; v w c]

then which is true?

permittivity=[a+i*a*x/w    u+i*x*u/w   v+i*x*v/w;.........] (followed
by matrix product)

or

permittivity=[a+i*a*x/w    u    v ;.........]

(followed by (permittivity_1_2) = i*(conductivity_1_2)
*(epsilon_1_2)/w       +       (epsilon_1_2))
