I'm working on a custom src which has a filter so that I can analyze
wave form distortion. However when I checked the time that is being
passed into the custom time src that I have created I noticed that the
time doesn't step according to the fields dt. First is this the
intended operation on the custom time src and if so what is the
purpose of the non-linear time step? From my initial analysis of the
src code of meep there appears to be stepping for the H fields and
another stepping for the B fields.
