Geeth, The h5totxt can output a matrix of the full slice of eps values. For example if you take a slice along the y-axis, you'll get a matrix of epsilon values for (x,z) positions. Since you know the dimensions of your simulation volume, and the resolution of your simulation, you can easily derive the (x,z) positions that correspond to these eps values...
