Hello, To have manageable amount of data it is preferable to Fourier-transform the fields during time-stepping and then use them to perform NF2FFT as is explained in Taflove's book.
Obviously Meep Fourier the fields in its inner workings to compute fluxes. But is it possible to output those Fourier-transformed fields? If so - how and what is the format? If not - what's the alternative? Thx, David
