Salaam Hossein I am usually using Mayavi2 software for viewing *.vtk files. Its easy to work with this software. Just install and enjoy it. I hope this will be useful for you. by the way. if your *.h5 file is a 4D one,that is contains time too, then do not forget to use slice property of h5tovtk command to fix it on a special time.
