At least one of the papers below I believe used a version of MEEP that had the 
command
make noisy-lorentzian-susceptibility
Looking at older code I see that susceptibility stuff was removed for 
"polarization" with backwards compatibility. Now there is no b/w compatibly for 
"susceptibility" in the code nor is their noisy current functionality.

Is it possible to put back that functionality in the current MEEP?
