Folks,

I have used flux commands to output fluxes. When I perform a h5ls operation
on a file for a flux propagating in the Z direction, I find 2 variables
(large arrays), ex_dft and hy_dft.

The x component of electric field and the y component of magnetic field can
be used to find the Poynting vector in the z direction, so I suspect that
these arrays are the Fourier transform of the ex and hy components over the
flux plane.

I have tried to look at the source code to see how ex and hy are defined
and generated, but I'm not that conversant in C++.

Can anyone tell me if and how I can get the Fourier transform of the field
components from a flux file?

Thank you,

Neal Skinner
