Since simulation of solar cell needs to consider the generation and recombination equations, you can not simulate a solar cell structure with MEEP unless you want to simulate only the transmission and reflection of your solar cell. MEEP only solves for Maxwell's equations. The Silvaco TCAD software package is a better choice for simulating a solar cell structure.
