HI, I am trying to implement some simulation using Meep C++ headers. When I compile with mpig++ and run using mpirun -np X, it looks like each subprocess is creating an output directory for itself and also the notification messages are manifold. I receive 4 program end messages with runtimes at the end of the run if X=4. Do I have to add MPI flags in the main code too by any chance? Because, the examples that I saw do not seem to have any MPI_ communicator messages. Or, am I missing something here?
