Hi all,
I am new here. I have installed meep with OpenMPI 1.6.5, which is compiled by
gcc, g++, gfortran.
The meep-mpi can run normally and all the tests along with the examples can
pass.
However, in the ouput of meep-mpi, it echos: Using MPI version 2.1, 4
processes. Indeed, I use OpenMPI 1.6.5, why it prints as 2.1?
Is this indicates the misusing MPI during the compilation. I have deprecated
all other version of MPI during my compilation. I have searched in this mail
list archive, but find no answers.
Is there any advice or comment?
