Dear Meep users and developers.

I want to use different spatial resolution along the coordinate axes in the
C++ interface,
as described in http://math.mit.edu/~stevenj/18.369/coordinate-transform.pdf

But I don't understand how to specify epsilon-diag and mu-diag in the C++.
Can you show some example?
