I have no experience in driving Meep from C code.  I can only suggest that you 
inspect the source code.

Look at the tutorial examples. The command (display-fluxes trans refl) writes 
out the flux spectra.

Hello, I'm new at meep. i have a .ctl file and i run it and the result was
.h5 files ?! what is the next step?! i thought it would give me the
transmission and the reflection flux???!!
