Hello, I am working on a 3d model and I wish to calculate the flux through a rectangular surface with normal not parallel to either X, Y, or Z. I refer to the online tutorial, which gives the following flux-region definition:
direction [direction constant] The definition of direction is a constant, but I am not sure how to do this without vector3. I wish to calculate the flux in the direction of -cos(delta)*X-sin(delta)*Y, where X and Y are the original coordination axes and delta is the rotation angle. Could you please give me some hint in setting the direction? Thank you! _______________________________________________ meep-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://ab-initio.mit.edu/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/meep-discuss
