Hi all,
I have been doing some simulations where I am changing the dimensions of the computational cell between simulations. I have all my simulations I want to run on the same control file and when one simulation is done, I have meep reset itself and and it continues on to the next simulation. The only issue is that every time the next simulation begins, the size of the computational cell is unchanged. I don't know what the issue is. Everything else that I change in between simulations seem to change when it runs but not the size of the computational cell. Is this a glitch or am I missing something here? Best, Daniel Heligman
