What are people using for this? Suppose I'd like to do things like: - Run python tests - Create python exes - Build arbitrary languages (say C++/C#/etc) - Perform arbitrary tasks.
SCons is good for perhaps the first one, but bad for the rest. NAnt is what I use currently. A quick searching leads me to: http://paver.github.io/paver/ I know I could also do things in perhaps make, cmake, or rake, to varying degrees of goodness. Notably, I want to be able to do this primarily on Windows, and optionally on linux. -- Noon Silk Fancy a quantum lunch? https://sites.google.com/site/quantumlunch/ "Every morning when I wake up, I experience an exquisite joy — the joy of being this signature."
