Is anyone aware of any PAAS python (wsgi) web hosting that actually hosts out of Australia? Extra points if you've actually used it and can attest to it being reliable. I'm specifically *not* looking for raw VM hosting -- that's easy enough to find. There seems to be no dead simple Heroku-like deployment for Australia at the low/medium end (once you pass a certain size every PAAS seems to lose out to dedicated VMs + managing your own servers -- but for small clients that server management is pure overhead).
