I think the other problem which i can think of is that the same job is being advertised with other companies.
I can bet the jobs which Andrew is talking about is advertsied with 4-5 different companies. I can even tell the company name as well . I think its *******n :). They say that its exclusive to them only . Usually after 30 mins of discussing my history they say its bla bla company and my 30 mins get wasted as i already applied with them. Every Recruiter will send the same job and it will confuse people. If company name is there then you can decide its different job or same job.
