Hi Lucas, for anybody looking to run meld under windows, there is some very good news - it's getting closer!
Kai Willadsen recently gave a huge boost by removing most of the dependencies on gnome. Meld is quite close to running with a vanilla pygtk install. The only ones of importance remaining are GnomeFileEntry and GnomeEntry in the glade files. I suspect it would take only a few hours to replace them with Gtk equivalents. Ideally the history code would be rewritten at the same time. Double bonus marks for getting completion in there too!
