I will be happy to implement this feature in a more appropriate way but I am not quite sure how it should be implemented and I will be grateful for some guidance. As far as I can tell based on my limited experience with gtk.TreeModelFilter it filters out selected nodes along with their children, so this is not the behaviour we are looking for (see also http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg18936.html). However, I am not an expert when it comes to GTK and maybe there are some hacks that will make TreeModelFilter work differently. Any hints will be most appreciated. Piotr
