Vasily Galkin, thank you very much for the provided link and contributed
to the development of the meld installer for windows.
I see that your changes have already been made to the official meld
repository.
While the official meld assembly for windows based on version 3.18.0 has
not yet been compiled, I plan to use the unofficial 3.18.01-win32.msi
distribution, the link to which you provided in the correspondence at
the link below.
