I wasn't able to build 3.18.0 (failed with "error: error in setup script:
command 'build_exe' has no such option 'compressed'"), but I was able to
build latest meld-3-18 branch if you'd like something to use in the mean
time: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/keeganwitt/meld.
