[Melkjug Development List] "jug" vs "preset"

The new design introduces the term "preset" but also still uses "jug" in
certain places. Is there a difference? If not I think we should stick to one
or the other to minimize confusion yes? Either way we should add something
to the about page saying that you can separate sets of feeds and filters
thusly, what say you. I volunteer to do it if it is needful.
