The City of Simi Valley is preparing to embark on an Enterprise Resource Planning 
(ERP) system implementation.  If your agency has implemented a new ERP system within 
the last 2-3 years, or is currently in the process of doing so, I would appreciate 
knowing the total cost of your implementation (actual or projected) including 
hardware, software, implementation, training, staffing backfill, etc.  It would also 
be helpful to know which software/implementor you selected, functional areas included 
in your implementation, and your implementation period.
